Flange mounts have bearings that are mounted inside of a flanged housing, and provide both the flange and the bearing in a single unit. These mounts are used when the mounting surface is perpendicular to the axis of the shaft, and have a round shape with two mounting holes.

Emerson Bearing provides 2-bolt flange mounts with set screws or eccentric locking collars. Options include cast iron, nickel, Thermoplastic, and stainless steel plating for the housing and collar. Each of these materials provides a resilient, corrosion-resistant housing and bearing to ensure that the mount maintains a long life.

K-type seals or L3, triple lip seals are available to ensure that the mount meets your needs for extra sealing and lubricant retention. Round bolt holes and a narrow inner race bearing round out the features of these flange mounts.

Various shaft diameters are available, starting at 0.5 inches, up to 1.4375 inches, ensuring that you will be able to find a mount that suits your application’s requirements.
