• TW Standard Type TOPBALL Slide Bush Dimensions

    Our TW type linear motion bearings, often referred to as the ‘Super Series,” are used for applications that require single-direction motion, and are available in a wide variety of shaft shapes and materials. These lightweight, low-noise bearings feature a higher load capacity and travel life than the SW series, while the floating integral wiper seals allow for easy self-alignment. All bearings have an advanced polymer resin cage.

    These bearings are available in both standard and open style. The open style incorporates bottom plates and mounting screws to keep bushings securely in place.

    We also offer a complete range of slide units, which act as housings for the slide bushings; these come predrilled and ready for mounting as needed.

    Available Dimensions:

    Shaft Diameter (dr): 0.25 in. to 2 in.

    Outer Diameter (D): 0.5 in. to 3 in.

    Ideal for single-direction motion applications, these standard linear bushings are available in wide variety of shaft shapes and materials — chrome or stainless steel with either a steel or resin retainer. These bearings contain internal seals (UU), and the slide block housings are available in several styles.

    The SW series is available in standard, adjustable, or open style; open style incorporates bottom plates and mounting screws to ensure bushings remain in the proper position.

    Shaft Diameter (dr): 0.25 in. to 4 in.

    Outer Diameter (D): 0.5 in. to 6 in.

    Our metric linear motion bearings, ideal for single-direction motion applications, are widely used in Europe. Offered in a wide variety of shaft shapes, these bearings are available in chrome or stainless steel with either a steel or resin retainer. The slide block housings are also available in several styles. These bearings contain internal seals (UU).

    The KB series is available in standard, adjustable, or open style, which incorporates bottom plates and mounting screws to ensure the bushing remains in proper position.
