Solution 30 Pipe Sealant is a non-migrating, low-strength paste designed for tapered threads, filling gaps up to 0.015” and featuring a viscosity of 350,000 cP. It provides exceptional sealing in gas and fluid pressurized pipe settings, with a fixture time of 20 to 30 minutes and maximum strength after 24 hours. Fully cured Teflon seals can withstand temperatures up to 400°F and pressures up to 10,000 psi. Soluble in Acetone and MEK, this sealant allows disassembly with hand tools when necessary.
