Emerson’s complete line of heavy duty metric rod ends provides maximum durability and reliability — especially for shock load applications. We offer four different series, each capable of carrying medium to heavy loads at speeds ranging from moderate to high levels.

Our diverse series provide options for male and female rod ends with integral spherical plain bearings and integral self-aligning ball bearings, including:

These heat-treated, phosphate-coated, alloy steel spherical plain bearings are ideal for material handling and construction applications. They can be used to accommodate shifting heavy loads, shock loads, and heavy static loads. The outer ring is fractured in a single location to allow for the placement of an inner ring, and lubricating holes and grooves are located on inner and outer races. The alloy steel races are heat treated and phosphate coated.
