Solution 10 Medium Strength Blue Threadlocker helps to reduce machining, assembly, and inventory costs by canceling the need for lock washers, set screws, plastic inserts, lock nuts, and other locking devices. With its excellent sealing capabilities, the threadlocker offers protection against gases, rust, and corrosion.
Perfect for applications that require medium strength protection, Solution 10 is a removable threadlocker for general purpose locking and sealing. If disassembly is required after use, it can be accomplished using hand tools. MRO Solution 10 is a premium quality product that meets the most stringent industry standards, including MIL-S-46163A Type II Grade N.
Medium Strength Blue Threadlocker comes in 10 ml, 50 ml, and 250 ml volumes, filling gaps to 0.01”. Its fixture times run 5 to 15 minutes, with working times coming in at 2 hours and full strength achieved after 24 hours.
