CR-B, CR-XB Hex Slot
(42)Cam followers are specially designed needle bearings that are threaded for quick and easy attachment in cam and track roller applications.
Emerson Bearing offers two types of hex slot cam followers: the CR-B and CR-XB. Featuring anti-friction designs and organized in compact configurations, these cam followers provide excellent dynamic and static load carrying capabilities.
Cam followers are typically available in stud or yoke styles; stud styles have a pin for mounting while yoke styles feature a hole in the middle of the bearing. Our CR-B and CR-XB hex slot cam followers are constructed in stainless steel and designed in the stud style, ideal for moderate loads and shock levels.
CR-B cam followers are unsealed, with hex sizes ranging from 1/8” to ¾” and maximum static capacities running from 720 lbs. to 45,100 lbs. CR-XB products are sealed; they range from 1/8” to 1/8” in hex size and support 720 lbs. to 3100 lbs. in static capacity.

CR-XBEC Eccentric Stud Crowned Hex Slot

For applications requiring higher levels of precision, Emerson Bearing offers CR-XBEC eccentric stud hex slot cam followers in multiple configurations. The eccentric stud design of these needle bearings allows for seamless mounting and alignment.
Constructed from stainless steel, the CR-XBEC line features a heavy outer ring designed to accommodate different needle rollers and a crowned style to reduce or eliminate pre-loading, clearance, and wear compensation problems.
CR-XBEC cam followers are sealed. Their dimensions range from 0.500” roller OD by 5/8” stud length to 2.750” by 2-1/4”. Available configurations also include crown radii from 7” to 30”, hex sizes from 1/8” to ½”, and basic dynamic ratings from 970 lbs. to 15,280 lbs. Emerson’s stud cam followers work best in settings with moderate loads and shocks.

Constructed from stainless steel, metric cam followers are designed to carry dynamic and static loads while maintaining a highly compact design. We offer different configurations of this product, including:
· MCR — These caged, unsealed cam followers range in dynamic loads from 3,800 N to 45,000 N and static loads from 3750 N to 85,000 N.
· MCR-S — Our MCR-S cam followers are caged and sealed, accommodating maximum speeds ranging from to 1,700 rpm to 16,000 rpm.

Metric yoke rollers from Emerson Bearing withstand heavy loads without compromising performance and are reliable even in the most challenging environments, including power generation, metal processing and wastewater treatment.
Constructed from stainless steel, our metric yokes easily accommodate clevis and shaft mounting. Like other cam followers, metric yoke rollers have excellent anti-friction properties and can bear both dynamic and static loads, all with a compact, efficient design.
Our rugged and reliable metric yoke rollers are available in the following configurations:
· MYR — A caged, unsealed design, the MYR can handle static loads from 3,750 N to 108,000 N and dynamic loads from to 3,800 N to 52,000 N.
