TW Type Linear Motion Bearings

Our TW type linear motion bearings, often referred to as the ‘Super Series,” are used for applications that require single-direction motion, and are available in a wide variety of shaft shapes and materials. These lightweight, low-noise bearings feature a higher load capacity and travel life than the SW series, while the floating integral wiper seals allow for easy self-alignment. All bearings have an advanced polymer resin cage.

These bearings are available in both standard and open style. The open style incorporates bottom plates and mounting screws to keep bushings securely in place.

We also offer a complete range of slide units, which act as housings for the slide bushings; these come predrilled and ready for mounting as needed.

Shaft Diameter (dr): 0.25 in. to 2 in.

Outer Diameter (D): 0.5 in. to 3 in.

Length (L): 0.75 in. to 4 in.

Distance Between Retaining Rings (B): 0.515 in. to 3.206 in.

Retaining Ring Width (W): 0.0390 in. to 0.1029 in.

Retaining Ring Diameter (D1): 0.4687 in. to 2.8379 in.

Dynamic Load (C): 60 lb to 2430 lb

Static Load (Co): 80 lb to 3040 lb

Configuration: Both open and standard types are available.  

Seal Type: Seals on both ends are available, as well as no seals.
