Flange mounts have bearings that are mounted inside of a flanged housing, and provide both the flange and the bearing in a single unit. These mounts are used when the mounting surface is perpendicular to the axis of the shaft, and have a square configuration with four mounting holes.

Emerson Bearing provides 4-bolt flange mounts that have either set screws or eccentric locking collars, providing the variety necessary to meet the needs of your application. Options for the bearing and collar include cast iron, stainless steel, nickel plating, and Thermoplastic. Each of these materials provides a resilient, corrosion-resistant housing and bearing to ensure that the mount maintains a long life.

B-type seals or L3, triple lip seals are available to ensure that the mount meets your needs for extra sealing and lubricant retention. A bearing featuring a wide inner race allows for a higher load-carrying capacity than standard duty mounts.

Emerson Bearing has over 50 years in the bearing industry, and has a team of experts that are ready to assist you in finding a metric taper roller bearing that meets the demands of your applications. With a 25,000 square foot facility, we carry a vast array of stock. If we don’t carry the part you need, our team will assist you in finding what you are looking for.
