These units provide high radial and thrust loads as well as ease of installation and positive locking to the shaft. Factory-installed labyrinth seals effectively prevent loss of lubricant and admission of dust and dirt. Timken-tapered roller bearings are supplied on all units for a 12-percent higher load capacity and a 47-percent increase in bearing life.

These models feature interchangeable mounting dimensions with ball bearing units, allowing for an easy way to upgrade from ball bearings. They can accommodate grease temperatures of up to 250 degrees Fahrenheit; high-temperature units also available that can handle grease as hot as 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
