The sealing properties of MRO anaerobic threadlockers are unsurpassed in the industry. For instance, Solution 11 High Strength Red compounds never require primers for curing metal components. These adhesives are non-surface sensitive and offer excellent filling, creating the tightest tolerances available for threadlockers between parts.

Fabricated at the highest levels of strength, Solution 11 is specially designed for permanent locking and sealing. This threadlocker is used for bearing components with diameters up to 1”, with difficult disassembly after use. MRO’s Solution 11 meets the toughest industry and military standards, including MIL-S-46163A Type 1 Grade K.

Solution 11 fills in gaps as tight as 0.008” and is soluble in acetone and methyl ethyl ketone (MEK). Available in three sizes, 10 ml, 50 ml, and 250 ml, it reaches full strength 24 hours after application, with a fixture time of 5 to 15 minutes and a working time of 2 hours.
