Solution 30 Pipe Sealant is a non-migrating, low-strength paste designed for tapered threads, filling gaps up to 0.015” and featuring a viscosity of 350,000 cP. It provides exceptional sealing in gas and fluid pressurized pipe settings, with a fixture time of 20 to 30 minutes and maximum strength after 24 hours. Fully cured Teflon seals can withstand temperatures up to 400°F and pressures up to 10,000 psi. Soluble in Acetone and MEK, this sealant allows disassembly with hand tools when necessary.

Solvent in a full range of temperatures, anaerobic sealant Solution 40 has been specially designed to resist oil and contaminants from -65°F to 300°F. It remains flexible after curing, leaving a highly resilient, insoluble, and vibration-resistant seal that is impervious to leaks under tough industrial conditions, including damaged or chipped flanges.

Solution 40 Flexible Flange Sealant has a viscosity rating of 275,000 to 950,000 cP while filling gaps up to 0.010” (or 0.050” with a primer). The sealant provides a working time of 2 hours and is fully cured after 12 hours. It is available in 50ml or 300ml bottles and is soluble in acetone and MEK.
