Flange mounts have bearings that are mounted inside of a flanged housing, and provide both the flange and the bearing in a single unit. These mounts are used when the mounting surface is perpendicular to the axis of the shaft, and have a round shape with three mounting holes.

Emerson Bearing provides 2-bolt flange mounts with set screws or eccentric locking collars. Options include Thermoplastic, cast iron, stainless steel, and nickel plating for the housing and collar. Each of these materials provides a resilient, corrosion-resistant housing and bearing to ensure that the mount maintains a long life.

B-type seals or L3, triple lip seals are available to ensure that the mount meets your needs for extra sealing and lubricant retention. A bearing featuring a wide inner race allows for a greater load-carrying capacity than standard duty mounts.

High temperature bearings are also available, along with shaft diameters from 0.5 inches to 2 7/16 inches.
