Flange mounts have bearings that are mounted inside of a flanged housing, and provide both the flange and the bearing in a single unit. These mounts are used when the mounting surface is perpendicular to the axis of the shaft, and have a square configuration with four mounting holes.

Options for the bearing and collar include cast iron, stainless steel, nickel plating, and Thermoplastic. Each of these materials provides a resilient, corrosion-resistant housing and bearing to ensure that the mount maintains a long life.

B-type seals or L3, triple lip seals are available to ensure that the mount meets your needs for extra sealing and lubricant retention. A bearing featuring a wide inner race allows for a higher load-carrying capacity than standard duty mounts.
