In addition to offering the industry’s leading bearings, Emerson also provides a full range of anaerobic threadlockers from MRO Solutions. While conventional anaerobic products require primers for curing, MRO compounds eliminate the need for these with their non-surface sensitive properties.

Solution 12 High Strength Green Penetrating Threadlocker from MRO provides premium locking and sealing solutions. Creating a permanent bond, this threadlocker eliminates the need for a full range of mechanical locking devices — reducing inventory, machining, and assembly costs.

We offer Solution 12 in 10 ml, 50 ml, and 250 ml volumes. Filling gaps at precision levels up to 0.002”, it features a fixture time of 110 minutes, a working time of one hour, and achieves full strength in 24 hours. The viscosity [9cp] ASTM 1084, 1824 ratings for MRO Solution 12 come in at 10-25.

MRO Solution 12 threadlocker meets exacting MIL-S-4B1B3A Type II Grade R standards. To learn more about this product or any of our other adhesives, sealants, or aerosols, contact us directly.
