• Deep groove ball bearing series-6000, 6200, 6300, 6400, max-capacity

These deep groove radial ball bearings are suitable for low and heavy radial loads. The 6000 series can accommodate low to moderate thrust loads in either loading direction.

We stock bearings for practically any running precision requirement and application speed: our bearings come in Abec tolerance grades 1-9, internal clearances from C2 to C4, and several different cage designs including J-type, W-type, RJ-type, TW-type, and more.

Dimensions Available: 10 mm bore diameter to 980 mm outer diameter, and widths from 8 mm to 136 mm.

Other options: available with either metal shields (ZZ) or rubber seals (2RS).

  • Deep groove ball bearing series-6000, 6200, 6300, 6400, max-capacity

Deep groove radial ball bearings are applicable for low to moderate thrust loads in both loading directions. Like the 6000 series, the 6200 series is well suited for low to heavy radial loads and can be configured for various application speeds and running precision requirements.

A comprehensive range of tolerances grades (Abec 1-9), internal clearances (C2-C4), and cage designs (J-type, W-type, RJ-type, TW-type, and more) are in stock.

Sizes Available: 10 mm bore diameter to 500 mm outer diameter; 9 mm to 80 mm width.

Options: Bearings available with either metal shields (ZZ) or rubber seals (2RS).

  • Deep groove ball bearing series-6000, 6200, 6300, 6400, max-capacity

The 6300 series is has a larger ball complement and heavier races, which provide greater radial, thrust, and combined load capacities. Functionally, the 6300 series is similar to the 6200 series. Bearings can have permanent metal shields (ZZ) or removable rubber seals (2RS) installed. As with other series, tolerance grades Abec 1-9, internal clearances C2 to C4, and various cage designs are available.

  • Deep groove ball bearing series-6000, 6200, 6300, 6400, max-capacity

The 6400 series is suitable for high-speed applications. These radial ball bearings can withstand low to heavy radial loads and low to moderate thrust loads in both loading directions.

Available options include: metal shields (ZZ) or rubber seals (2RS), tolerance grades from Abec 1-9, internal clearance of C2 to C4, and several different cage designs.

  • Deep groove ball bearing series-16002, 61800,61900

Thin section ball bearings feature a reduced distance between the bore edge and the outer edge. They are most useful for applications that have space and weight limitations, but still require high-strength bearings.

    Dimensions Available:

Bore diameter: 15 mm to 200 mm.

Outer diameter: 32 mm to 310 mm.

Width: 8 mm to 34 mm.

Optional Features: Available with either metal shields (ZZ) or rubber seals (2RS). Metal shields provide good dust resistance and fair temperature resistance. Rubber seals protect against contamination and lubricant leakage. Rubber seals are removable, but metal shields are not.

  • Deep groove ball bearing series-16002, 61800,61900

These thin section bearings should be used in assemblies with space and weight limitations. 61800 series bearings are available in a wide range of dimensions and strengths, capable of handling dynamic loads from 540 N all the way up to 559,000 N.

    Available Dimensions:

Bore diameter: 4 mm to 800 mm.

Outer diameter: 9 mm to 980 mm.

Width: 2.8 mm to 82 mm.

More Options: 61800 series bearings can be protected by either metal shields (ZZ) or rubber seals (2RS). Metal shields offer dust and temperature resistance and do not affect the speed rating of the bearings. To protect bearings from contamination and leakage, rubber seals are a better choice.

  • Deep groove ball bearing series-16002, 61800,61900

Deep groove, thin section bearings are well suited for applications that have space and weight limitations. We carry thirty different 61900 series bearings with varying dimensions and loading limitations, from a dynamic load limit of 1,950 N to 159,000 N.

    Available Dimensions:

Bore diameter: 10 mm to 240 mm.

Outer diameter: 22 mm to 320 mm.

Width: 6 mm to 38 mm.

Shielding and Seals: Both metal shields (ZZ) and rubber seals (2RS) can be added to 61900 series bearings. For resistance to dust and moderate temperatures without affecting the speed rating, metal shields are effective. For protection from contamination and leakage, rubber seals are appropriate.

  • Deep groove ball bearing series-6000, 6200, 6300, 6400, max-capacity

Maximum capacity bearings incorporate a filling slot in the inner and outer ring so that they can be loaded with additional balls for greater capacity. This makes them ideal for applications requiring heavy radial loads and low speeds where thrust loads are comparatively low. They are available with metal shields (ZZ) or rubber seals (2RS).
