Small bore miniature and instrument bearings are available in both metric and inch styles. Sizes range from 1mm / 0.0400" inside diameter to 26mm / 0.8750" outside diameter. They are designed to carry moderate radial and thrust loads at low operating torque while providing high performance within small envelope dimensions. Bearings are available at several price points in various Abec classes in Chrome or Stainless Steel. Several styles are available with extended inner rings and flanges.
Radial ball bearings are able to accommodate low to heavy radial loads and low to moderate thrust loads in either direction. They are available with metal shields (ZZ) or rubber seals (2RS). Several tolerance grades (Abec 1-9), internal clearance (C2 to C4) and cage designs are available to best suit the running precision and speed of the application.
Single-row Angular contact ball bearings can sustain radial, axial or combined loads with the axial load being from one direction. The larger contact angle type has better axial load capacity while the smaller contact angle type has higher speed ratings. Available with polyamide, steel or bronze cages/retainers. Available in bore dimension from 10mm to 170mm.
Thrust bearings are designed to handle axial loads while operating at high speed. Bearings are composed of bearing rings with raceway grooves for the balls. Double direction thrust ball bearings can support axial load in both directions. Neither style can be subjected to radial loads. Available in bore dimension range from 10mm to 560mm.
Control bearings provide high radial load capacities in a compact design. Available in open or sealed (teflon) designs. Several styles offer cadmium plating on the external surfaces (except bore). These bearings are certified for general commercial use. NOT for Airframe or Aircraft applications.

Mast Guide bearings are used for high radial and occaisonal thrust loads. They typically have a thick cross section on the outer race which performs as a wheel or tire. Several profiles are available to suit the application. They are mounted on the fork carriage and provide smooth action as the forks are raised or lowered.

Wire guide bearings are available in inch and metric styles. They are available with extra thick cross sections for increased life. They are distinguished by a groove that, while typically 90 degrees, can be produced in various angles and contours. Grooves can be provided on most Ball Bearings, Cam Followers and Yoke Rollers per customer specification.
