Oil seals are essential for stopping lubricant leakage in bearing systems of all kinds, as well as protecting mechanical equipment from abrasives, moisture, and other possible contaminants. All types of bearing models benefit from oil seals, including ball, roller, and sleeve bearings.
Our precision-designed oil seals combine reliability, longevity, and consistently excellent performance. Available models include:
· Inch and Metric Oil Seals — With a full selection of seals available in standard and metric dimensions, these oil seals have been employed in a complete range of commercial and industrial equipment. Made from materials such as Nitrile or Viton, they are designed to withstand the most extreme temperatures and chemicals. Single and double lip designs are available as required.
· Garlock Isolator Style Oil Seals — The Garlock seal is an advanced product for the most severe applications. It is designed in a single piece with no metal-to-metal contact, eliminating wear on the shaft. Featuring easy installation, these seals are available in a variety of metallic and non-metallic materials in order to cover a maximum number of environments.
Standard measurement seals are available in sizes ranging from .75” by .25” to 1.375” by .25”, while Metric units run from 16 mm by 5 mm to 30 mm by 7 mm. For more information about our oil seals, contact us directly today.

The distinctive characteristic of cam followers are attributed to how they mount to their counterparts. Common examples include stud style, which fittingly use a stud to mount to their mating part, while yoke style have a hole through the middle.
Cam followers are precision machined, which provides a great deal of benefits over alternative technologies. Some advantages include a reduction in noise, low rolling resistance, vibration damping and shock absorbing properties, the ability to carry axial loads, and the option of corrosion resistance. Here’s a closer look at some more components and advantages:

Emerson’s linear motion bearings, among some of the most frequently used bearings both domestically and internationally, provide unparalleled versatility and toughness. These bearings carry loads on rails of almost any length and profile, including polished rods, flat surfaces, and polished ground surfaces.
We offer multiple varieties of linear motion bearings, specially designed to fulfill the requirements of American, Japanese, and European markets. Our models include:
· TW Type Bearings — Our “Super Series” inch-style linear motion bearings have multiple features, including low noise, low weight, increased load capacity, excellent travel life, and self-aligning capabilities.
· SW Type Bearings — A staple for industrial applications across the United States, our SW linear motion bearings are available in chrome and stainless steel with either resin or steel retainers.
· SM Metric Type Bearings — Also available in chrome or stainless steel, these bearings accommodate slide block housings in several styles. Adjustable and open types are available, with units available in sizes that are especially suited to Japanese applications.
· KB Metric Type Bearings — These bearings are extensively used throughout Europe and are available in dimensions ranging from 16 mm by 25 mm to 40 mm by 58 mm. Like the SW and SM series, KB linear motion bearings are available in adjustable or open styles and in chrome and stainless steel.
